History
ASC is a privately owned, managed and controlled company in business since 1992, and incorporated in 1997.

The initial focus of the company was to provide quality products, professional services, and managed solutions for the telecommunications market in areas of order management, provisioning, and problem management. Unlike many consulting companies, ASC offered to take greater accountability for the results it delivered by focusing on the outcome of its efforts rather than on the effort expended. ASC was able to successfully accept this accountability due to its "rapid prototyping" approach, an approach that has been core to ASC's success and that is today a key element in developing tailored CLM solutions based on ASC Contracts™.

Through its work with a variety of customers and projects, ASC recognized that organizations faced common problems that required unique solutions. In particular, many organizations struggled to use traditional mechanisms to effectively handle contracts including Revenue Assurance, Cost Management, and Risk Management. To address this situation, ASC developed a web-based platform that allowed the management of legal and related documents. This platform, now known as ASC Contracts™, was first used to implement a CLM solution in 2001 for a major North American Telecommunication Company.
