Head of Operations & Client Services
With more than 30 years of successful Professional Services, IT, product development and customer implementation experience to call upon, Brian heads operations and client services for ASC and sister company MERX. Prior to this Brian oversaw ASC's hosted solutions, Information Technology, product delivery, quality assurance and customer support services
Prior to ASC, Brian served as Board member, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of R&D at Gridpoint Systems (now Ciena). Brian began his technology career as a software developer at Mitel. From there he moved to Alcatel (Newbridge Networks) where as Assistant Vice President, Service Management, he developed some of the first Telecom service management products. Syndesis Limited (now Subex Ltd.) then recruited him as Senior Vice President of R&D and Professional Services and he was instrumental in their evolution to a global OSS company. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Vice President Product Development
With close to 30 years of senior development experience, Wade confidently leads ASC’s development team which is responsible for our world-class business process management (BPM) and business process optimization (BPO) software solutions.
Prior to ASC, Wade served as Vice President/Director of Engineering at Schneider Electric (formerly Control Microsystems) where he managed a global multi-disciplinary Telemetry and Remote SCADA Solutions (TRSS) development team and delivered productivity and quality management tools. Before this, Wade directed development teams for the Fleet Management product suite at Netistix Technology, was assistant VP of multiple business lines at Syndesis Limited, and held progressive portfolio management positions at Newbridge Networks (now Alcatel-Lucent) including Frame Relay, ATM, network and customer service management. Wade also held key development roles at Bell-Northern Research and Mitel. Wade holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a Major in Computer Science from Memorial University.
Controller & Office Management
Greg has served as ASC’s Controller since 2007. In this capacity he is responsible for managing all finance and accounting activities as well as day-to-day operations related to general administration, office management and human resources.
Greg has more than 35 years experience incross-industry finance and administration roles, originally starting his career in a family owned business where he was responsible for all purchasing and accounting activities. Before moving into the high-tech software as a service (SaaS) sector with ASC, Greg worked for the public accounting firm Johnson, Cross, Yanosik and Scott, managing client bookkeeping services, financial statement preparation and tax returns. Prior to this, he managed accounting and administration for the firm Fairhall, Moffatt and Woodland Limited.
Vice President, Marketing & Communications
Angie Stockley is a senior marketing communications professional with 25 years of progressive experience in high tech, private industry and government. Angie is accountable for successful client-focused strategy setting, compelling content creation, campaign execution and analytics across the mdf commerce Strategic Sourcing portflio which encompasses ASC, BidNet & MERX.
Prior to mdf commerce, Angie was senior director of Internet and Internet strategy at Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia) where she spent more than 12 years in senior management roles including digital media and social marketing strategies, multi-channel marketing and communications, as well as corporate editing guidelines. Angie also has significant strategic consulting experience with various high profile firms. Angie holds a degree in Psychology and English from Memorial University.
Vice President, Sales
Leading ASC’s Sales organization, Jim is responsible for managing and driving accelerated growth, defining sales strategy and execution of customer and partner acquisition, including structuring programs, planning and reporting. A hands-on senior leader with close to 30 years of solid sales management experience, Jim is ultimately responsible for meeting annual sales, margin and profitability targets at ASC.
Before joining ASC, Jim was VP of Sales (Americas) at Questionmark Corporation and prior to that VP of Global Sales at various companies including Strategia (now Peoplefleunt), Eedo Knowledgeware Corporation, GP Strategies and SHL Systemhouse (Learning Technologies) among other senior sales roles. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Major in Political Science/Minor in Marketing from Concordia University.
